- Habiba describes herself as “Arab, Muslim, teenage girl. Enjoys music, literature, art and philosophy. Hopes to help spread peace, tolerance and love and narrow the gaps between people of different religions, race, etc.”
- “Pensive” hails from North Carolina America. He is the proud father of two children, and his writing conveys the passions of his heart and mind that he would not otherwise express.

- Claire Askew has appeared in The Edinburgh Review, Poetry Scotland and Poetry News, among others, and in February 2008 she won three major writing prizes, including the Sloan Prize for Writing in Scots Vernacular. She is Editor in Chief of Read This Magazine and runs the writing advice blog onenightstanzas.com. She lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.
- Kechelle Bamess otherwise known by her pen name Mia Cole is a twenty four year old who enjoys writing many types of literature and has been published twice by a non profit online magazine (www.runesmag.com) She lives in the rural location of South Western Australia where she has resided for most of her life. Kechelle is currently expanding her knowledge of poetry. When not following her aspirations of becoming a better writer of poetry and prose, she spends her time studying psychology.
- Jamie Baxter is 19 has been writing poetry for three years. He is in his first year at Durham University studying Engineering. He writes poetry about his life, thoughts and observations.

- Judy Lillibridge is a senior in high school who spends way too much time making things up. She hopes to become a professional writer when she goes to college.
- Chris Lindores lives and studies in Edinburgh, and helps edit Read This Magazine. He has been featured on One Night Stanzas and published in Gloom Cupboard and Tontine.
- Brady Mertens uses adverse ideas, simple rhymes, and emotional and mental themes of basic humanity, and tries to write poems people can empathize with, even if he hasn’t experienced the narrated situation.
- Vivienne Muller hails from San Jose. Her meeting with Lauren Potts in the summer of 2007 inspired her to start writing poetry, which she has done ever since.
- William Pocock is the Creator of Dreaming realms including – Forests of midnight, Forests of forever and Dreamland. Characters Included Metalwolfe; DreamMetalolfe; and Anjelswofe. He lives in Brisbane Australia, and is the proud father of two sons.
- Ayana Robleh is 18 years old, from London, who has not been writing for too long.
- Weston Scheffler is a freshman at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL studying english and creative writing. He tries to find success in every day, and do what he can to better it.
- Lisa Sellge is a writer, ballet teacher and avid photography buff. Lisa uses the written word and the lens of a Nikon D300 to make sense of the world. She lives in California.
- Randy Thurman is an artist, musician, composer, poet, writer, etc. living and working in rural south east Tennessee. Randy’s art has exhibited at Monkdogz Urban Art, Gallery 181 and the Jay Etkin Gallery just to name a few. - Bethan Townsend is 21 and plans to stay that way for the rest of her life. She lives in North West England but changes location too frequently to pinpoint a particular ‘home’. - Annelies Vanherck is a 16-year old student from the province of Antwerp, in Belgium. Her poems thrice won the first price in the poetry-contest of her hometown. She also won the third price in the Flemish national poetry contest twice and one of her poems appeared in a dutch poetry book called “Things you cannot say”.
- Gavin Wainwright is a carer for adults with autism, living near Brisbane, Australia with his wife and son. He loves all aspects of creative work such as art, writing & poetry.
- Chloe Waterfield is orginally from Nottigham, UK, but has lived in Malta for 5 years now. Her hobbies include theatre, dancing and music, but writing is her main passion. She hopes to make a career out of it one day, and if not, will still keep on writing.
- Dean West is from Kent, England. He currently resides in Dymchurch. Several of his poems are appearing soon in Word Riot magazine. He is currently working on a novel and a collection of short stories.
